The leaders of the organization will run through the course first to allow the program to have a test run within the organization. When done, the leaders will reflect on the course and work as a group to make sure the course will be relevant and applicable for the team members. 

Once the leader's have fit the course for the needs of the team members, the team members will run through the course to build team Camaraderie within the organization. The team members will have success within the organization based on the completion of the course.

Changing the Team Culture

 

As a team, you are asked to make a stand for your teammates to honor the commitment and sacrifice that you make for each other. The hardest thing to do is to maintain this team culture in any environment. As a leader, you stress to your team the importance of working together as a team, and trusting each individual on the team to do their job. This is all rhetoric  because nothing is done to help the teammates learn about each other to help them know and understand who their teammates are and what each of them truly stands for.
